Location: Must be based in one of the 40 listed US states or reside in Ontario, Canada
Salary: $170K – $192K + Equity

What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term platform strategy for policy administration, billing, and payment systems.
- Lead discovery on complex platform problems and translate business goals into a sequenced roadmap.
- Own the API strategy, ensuring reliable, documented, and versioned interfaces for consumers.
- Partner with engineering and architecture to drive solutions from prototype to production.
- Manage key vendor relationships with payment processors and third-party administration systems.
- Mentor other product managers and establish platform success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in software product management.
- Proven experience owning platform products in Fintech, Insurtech, or regulated financial services.
- Experience leading platform modernization or re-platforming initiatives.
- Technical fluency in architecture, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Must be based in one of the listed US states or Ontario, Canada
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Stripe, or Braintree.
- Experience with homeowners, property & casualty, or specialty insurance products.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services.
