What you will do

• Drive social impact product strategy to make homeownership more accessible.
• Own the buyer readiness roadmap, including affordability tools and assistance program discovery.
• Design AI-driven guidance experiences to coach users on credit and savings.
• Translate housing policy priorities into actionable product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and legal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Influence leadership and secure investment through strategic documentation and opportunity briefs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping zero-to-one products.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale programs and influence roadmaps without direct authority.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience or familiarity with housing policy, fintech, or consumer financial services.
• Ability to apply data, user research, and experimentation to product decisions.
• Must be based in the United States (with limited exceptions).
