What you will do

• Oversee electrical scopes of work for complex industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Serve as the Engineer of Record and primary interface with clients, project management, and business development.
• Develop work plans, design schedules, and fee estimates to support project pursuits.
• Lead department operations, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Provide quality assurance and oversight for all department work products.
• Manage staff assignments, billability targets, and professional career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• At least 10 years of design and consulting experience working with clients, contractors, and OEMs.
• Proven ability to engage clients, develop relationships, and win new work.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Appleton, WI.
