What you will do

• Lead the overall facilities strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
• Maintain building systems and production equipment through proactive preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes across all facilities.
• Direct facility-related projects, including relocations and renovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of facilities systems and operations.
• Must be based in Fremont, CA and available for 30-40% nationwide travel.
