What you will do

• Perform equipment troubleshooting, relay testing, start-up, and commissioning services.
• Provide onsite construction support, supervision, and coordinate between owners, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop detailed designs for electric power systems, including one-line/three-line diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Program and install protective relaying, SCADA, and PLC systems.
• Prepare cost estimates, budget reports, and construction progress studies.
• Review technical work of designers and drafters for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of engineering and relevant field experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and power system software such as EasyPower, ETAP, or SKM.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Ability to travel frequently (50–75%).
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs.

Nice to have

• FE or PE licensure.
• Experience with Omicron test equipment.
• Familiarity with NETA standards and apparatus testing.
• OSHA 10 certification.
