What you will do

• Undergo a 90-day immersive training on mortgage fundamentals and loan structures.
• Manage workflows and loan pipelines to ensure efficient processing.
• Utilize the Tinman loan origination platform for real-world mortgage operations.
• Provide professional communication and support to borrowers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales Support teams to optimize internal processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States

• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
