Salary: $28.84 - $31.25 per hour + commission

What you will do

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory to drive pipeline growth.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach to generate interest.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaign execution.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of hirify.global’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to research, qualify, cold call, and generate leads.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Raleigh, NC.
