Salary: $63,886 - $86,434 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute a cadence of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events based on membership data and member needs.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and contract management.
• Develop and implement strategic internal and external communication plans aligned with brand and enterprise strategies.
• Analyze participant experience data and outcomes to inform future strategies and provide detailed reporting to leadership.
• Serve as Secretary to the TMN Board, managing quarterly meeting logistics, site visits, and official documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing social media platforms to deliver business results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and digital client engagement platforms.
• Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to events as required.
• Must have a proper home office environment with high-speed internet to conduct remote work.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, fraternal benefit societies, or membership organizations.
