Salary: $145,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy, including market segmentation, value proposition development, and messaging architecture.
- Lead product launch campaigns and feature releases, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and win/loss trends.
- Develop deep expertise in the healthcare benefits and provider landscape, including buyer personas and economic drivers.
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to influence roadmap prioritization and feature differentiation based on market insights.
- Drive thought leadership and content strategy to establish the company as an authority on healthcare economics.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably within healthcare, healthtech, or complex enterprise software.
- Proven track record of launching products for high-caliber customers, such as Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong analytical skills for building financial models and conducting cohort analysis to drive decisions.
- Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear narratives for executives and clinicians.
- High comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
