What you will do

  • Develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies and integrated channel plans across email, mobile apps, social media, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams (CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data) to optimize customer engagement.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops to translate complex data into impactful strategies, detailed personas, and customer journey blueprints.
  • Craft data-backed strategic narratives and thought leadership to position the agency as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with global client stakeholders across marketing, sales, digital, and technology functions.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in CRM, customer experience strategy, or strategic planning roles (agency or client-side).
  • Proven track record of delivering CRM strategies and communications for large-scale global clients.
  • High proficiency in storytelling and crafting compelling, data-backed strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead client meetings and workshops.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a wider, global cross-functional team.
  • Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, United States
