What you will do

• Lead the operational onboarding of global markets onto the Open Intelligence (OI) platform.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks and workflows for data onboarding and platform adoption.
• Coordinate the integration of global and local data sources via connectors and support initial ingestion troubleshooting.
• Track rollout progress across markets, managing dependencies and blockers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data strategy teams to align on timelines and support requirements.
• Iterate on onboarding processes by capturing lessons learned from pilot markets to improve the global framework.

Requirements

• Experience in data platform operations, analytics platforms, or data infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record of supporting global rollouts or platform adoption across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate technical system specifications into clear operational processes.
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Experience with data pipelines, connectors, or data ingestion workflows.
• Must be based in London, UK and able to work in the office 4 days a week
