What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements including onboarding, implementation, and technical advisory.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact to align scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream program execution with proactive risk and dependency management.
• Drive technical coordination for data protection and resilience across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage delivery governance, including steering reviews, executive reporting, and escalations.
• Support growth by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in programme or engagement management within enterprise software.
• Experience in a software vendor or B2B technology professional services environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management skills credible at the executive level.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification (or equivalent).
• Understanding of data protection, backup, recovery, cloud, or virtualization environments.
