Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of defined technology workstreams, translating programme objectives into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure all delivery activities align with agreed technology standards, governance, and roadmaps.
• Track progress against KPIs and provide concise delivery updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day delivery decisions to remove blockers and maintain momentum in agile and traditional environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology-focused projects, preferably in large-scale, consumer-facing environments.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, data, or digital platforms.
• Experience working within governed or regulated delivery environments.
• Ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders effectively.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets or forecasts at the workstream level.
• Must be able to work hybridly from Leeds, UK (c. 2 days per week on-site).
