What you will do

• Lead and enable delivery across squads and value streams in partnership with Product Owners and Technical Leads.
• Drive transparency and confidence by managing progress, risks, and dependencies through effective governance and reporting.
• Coach squads and stakeholders in agile principles, facilitating planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Improve team effectiveness by establishing realistic delivery plans, removing blockers, and optimizing flow.
• Support quarterly portfolio planning to balance capacity, demand, and delivery confidence.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards and mentor others within the Digital Solutions department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager in agile, product-led environments.
• Strong track record of partnering with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Technical Leads.
• Expertise in delivery planning, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of delivery metrics and agile delivery practices.
• Agile and/or Scrum certification.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Background in large-scale digital transformation environments.
• Experience delivering digital products, data platforms, customer journeys, or AI-enabled services.
