What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants, focusing on professional growth and technical adoption of internal tools.
- Translate client business objectives into technical requirements for complex marketing campaigns.
- Configure and implement customized business rules, automations, and features within the Catalyst platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize data-driven audience segmentation and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on marketing automation setups and lifecycle programs.
- Oversee team productivity, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure optimal delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing automation consultants in delivering technical solutions to clients.
- Essential: Professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
- Strong JavaScript skills for developing tailored technical solutions.
- Expertise in data management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Must be based in London, UK.
