What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI transformation initiatives within the Credit Cards portfolio.
• Coordinate between business, data, and technology teams to ensure project alignment and pace.
• Manage the migration to cloud-based data platforms and scale data usage across the business.
• Define success metrics and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Provide strategic insights and clear updates to senior stakeholders to ensure visibility and assurance.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tooling and platform capabilities for analysts and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering analytics or AI solutions into production environments.
• Proven track record in credit cards or financial services, specifically in acquisition, pricing, or portfolio management.
• Experience working with modern cloud, data, and AI platforms.
• Strong ability to own delivery end-to-end and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Effective communication skills to simplify complex delivery landscapes for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work within large, matrixed organizations.
