What you will do

• Manage commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and attestations.
• Participate in network expansion and market launch meetings.
• Conduct user research interviews regarding the Arizona pediatric landscape.
• Identify and facilitate introductions to local key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Arizona state residency required.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Strong organizational skills for timely credentialing completion.
• Interest in innovative, technology-enabled care delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment.
