Salary: $78,000 - $90,000

What you will do
- Provide psychotherapeutic interventions for children with severe mental illness and mood disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver care using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
- Perform crisis assessments and establish safety plans using validated screening tools.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of pediatricians, nurses, and caregivers to ensure whole-child support.
- Maintain detailed documentation in electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field.
- Independent license to practice in Missouri or Illinois (LCSW strongly preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience post-independent licensure in a behavioral health setting.
- 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers.
- Certification or training in CBT and DBT modalities.
- Experience working with high-risk populations, including those with suicidal ideation or in foster care.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Openness to cross-state licensure.
