What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, complex cross-functional People Strategy initiatives.
- Identify systemic opportunities to enhance the efficiency and scalability of HR infrastructure and operational models.
- Develop data-driven insights and qualitative analysis to define strategic options and actionable program designs.
- Manage competing priorities and mitigate strategic risks within a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Apply advanced strategic frameworks and system thinking to ensure robust and practical solutions.
- Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program impact on organizational performance.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting (HR/Org Transformation), or corporate strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to measured outcome.
- Experience designing process improvements and framework developments across multiple HR domains.
- Highly developed strategic thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to influence and drive alignment among senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of strategic HR principles and talent model integration.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing HR technology strategy or large-scale system improvements.
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Background with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, Advanced HR Analytics, or Integrated Talent Management.
