Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $226,000 - $335,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the Learning team in developing and executing a strategy to elevate leadership and team capabilities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and People team members to ensure program adoption and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to grow employee readiness.
  • Create compelling internal communications and engagement plans to support change management efforts.
  • Define and communicate success metrics to demonstrate the value of learning investments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in learning, leadership development, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling L&D solutions for an organization with 2500+ employees.
  • Expertise in design thinking, experiential learning, and modern learning modalities.
  • Experience managing learning technology platforms and vendor partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
