What you will do

• Provide direction, support, and resources to individuals and production teams.
• Communicate company policies and objectives and maintain two-way communication.
• Ensure teams meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels.
• Schedule current priorities to shop-floor associates and follow up through completion.
• Communicate to customers any changes in planning and commitments related to open orders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years combined experience as a production supervisor in the current line of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to support a union-free environment.
