What you will do

Requirements

• Experience in production supervision, management, or a related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
