TL;DR

What you will do
- Source and secure high-quality partner-issuers and secondary-market instruments for platform listing.
- Lead commercial negotiations with issuers, project teams, and institutional partners to secure optimal terms.
- Design onboarding frameworks including legal structures, token standards, and issuance mechanics.
- Conduct thorough commercial due diligence on underlying assets, focusing on valuation and cash-flow integrity.
- Coordinate with Legal, Product, and Compliance teams to drive efficient and compliant global listings.
- Partner with market makers to maintain liquidity and advise issuers on token economics and market strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in exchange business development, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals in finance or digital assets.
- Strong ability to perform risk assessments and evaluate project quality and token economic models.
- Native-level English proficiency required.
- Must have a current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
- Deep fluency in on-chain financial infrastructure, DeFi market structure, and compliance standards.

- Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global market coverage.
