Change and Configuration Data Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Renton, Washington, United States; relocation assistance is available. Travel is expected up to 10%.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $121,023.00–$169,432.20 per year.

Develops reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, including spacecraft products for space infrastructure and on-orbit mobility.

What you will do

• Assess and document proposed configuration changes for the spacecraft product line.
• Identify change impacts and facilitate change control boards.
• Update change implementation tasks and provide configuration services to product teams.
• Manage requirements, engineering documents, and revision-based configuration control.
• Ensure configuration management methods meet customer requirements.
• Establish product and process metrics and implement system and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in aerospace change management or a similar industry.
• Experience with configuration management toolsets and strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with technical aerospace design and robust business processes.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required before starting.
• Must be able to work onsite in Renton, Washington, and must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ability to build professional, trust-based relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Contract Data Requirement Lists.
• CMII certification or training.
• Proficiency with change management tools and configuration databases.
• Familiarity with export control regulations.
