What you will do

• Process and quote high-volume management and professional liability submissions using a digital platform.
• Apply ML/PL underwriting fundamentals to determine policy forms and coverage terms.
• Maintain and grow broker relationships through responsive service and territory representation.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and engineering teams to refine insurance products.
• Utilize Agentic AI tools to enhance daily underwriting and quoting workflows.
• Track individual progress toward team premium and submission goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in underwriting, insurance, or a related field.
• Exposure to management liability, professional liability, or specialty lines preferred.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle process-driven workflows.
• Clear and professional communication skills for broker engagement.
