Compensation: $90,000 base salary + commission (OTE $200,000), plus equity.

What you will do
- Strategically manage and build a defined geographic territory from the ground up.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand contractor business needs in payroll, HR, and field operations.
- Position and demonstrate the value of the all-in-one platform to C-suite executives.
- Negotiate and close new logo opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and successful implementations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in territory management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel approximately 75% of the time.
- Proven track record of building and owning a territory from scratch.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
- Coachability, adaptability, and a founder mindset toward territory ownership.
- Experience in construction, payroll, or related industries is a plus.
