TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving revenue growth and building partnerships with school districts and government agencies to solve complex transportation challenges with an accent on enterprise sales, MEDDPICC qualification, and AI-enhanced prospecting. Focus on challenging the status quo, multi-threading stakeholder engagement, and executing high-impact field sales strategies across an assigned territory.

Location: Remote (USA). This role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) for in-person meetings and field prospecting within an assigned territory.

Salary: $95,000 base with an OTE of $160,000.

What you will do

  • Negotiate and close new business contracts while managing the full sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through both SDR support and self-sourcing.
  • Lead high-level presentations and engage with C-suite stakeholders and superintendents.
  • Apply MEDDPICC qualification rigor to ensure forecast accuracy and deal success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Operations teams.
  • Utilize AI tools like Gong, Agentforce, and Claude to optimize research and productivity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in enterprise or account management.
  • 5+ years of active prospecting experience, including cold calling and field sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Experience with Challenger sales methodology and navigating RFP processes.
  • Must be based in the USA and comfortable with up to 50% travel for in-person meetings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern AI-enhanced sales tools.
