TL;DR
Partner Development Representative (Fintech): Driving growth by acquiring and reactivating consulting firms, SIs, and advisory practices to build a robust referral pipeline for 's financial infrastructure platform. Focus on high-volume outbound outreach to senior executives, leveraging AI-driven workflows to scale partner engagement and commercial value.
Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in New York, NY or Remote)
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Source and qualify new consulting, advisory, and technology partners with active CFO-level relationships.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers by qualifying and handing off warm partner leads.
- Reactivate dormant services partners through strategic, senior-level outreach.
- Engage ERP implementation specialists in the NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, and Odoo ecosystems.
- Craft tailored outbound messaging for various services partner archetypes.
- Leverage AI tools and automations to scale outreach and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or as a business analyst in strategy consulting.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to hold credible conversations with Partners and Managing Directors.
- Deep understanding of how consulting firms go to market and serve CXO-level clients.
- Excellent written communication skills for high-volume outbound outreach.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience with ERP ecosystems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and building basic automations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
