Senior Accountant (Ad Tech)

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, account analysis, and month-end closing to produce accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, including monthly bank statements and cash management sub-ledgers.
• Manage Fixed Assets sub-ledger accounting, including additions, retirements, and depreciation booking.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet and income statement flux analysis and assess accounting impacts of new/amended leases.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) narratives and RCM documentation for auditors.
• Support FP&A and Financial Reporting with budget vs actuals and necessary disclosures for SEC filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Public company experience and knowledge of internal controls.
• Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems.
• Experience in the technology industry.
