Service Desk Technician (IT Support): Acting as the first point of contact for customers to resolve technical incidents and requests with an accent on customer service and technical aptitude. Focus on resolving issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, and network infrastructure to ensure client success.
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Oklahoma City, Little Rock, AR or Chicago, IL)

What you will do
- Act as the first point of IT support for customers via incoming calls, emails, and web-submissions.
- Resolve end-user incidents and technical requests efficiently.
- Explain technical issues and terms in a way that clients can easily understand.
- Provide high-end, customer-focused service to meet client expectations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend or holiday work.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a technical position; Service Desk or customer support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows OS, O365, AV tools, mobile devices, and VOIP.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, firewalls, and switches.
- Ability to handle onboarding and offboarding requests.
- Strong technical aptitude and customer service skills.
