End User Technology Engineer

Location: Must be based in Mexico City. Role requires 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Provide onsite IT support for office technologies, including desktop and laptop hardware maintenance.
• Manage Windows 365 infrastructure, endpoints, and Active Directory environments.
• Support video conferencing, meeting room solutions, and office telephony systems.
• Handle IT asset inventory, equipment deployment for new starters, and collection from leavers.
• Perform physical network cabling, patching, and office setup tasks.
• Collaborate with Group IT and local management to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in computer-related support or IT operations.
• English proficiency required: Must submit CV in English and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of MS technologies including Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 365.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with supporting physical networking infrastructure.
• Experience in documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
