Location: Must be based in or near Seattle, WA; requires onsite presence at the corporate office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Manage the Tier 1 service desk queue by receiving, prioritizing, and resolving end-user requests.
- Provide professional technical support for system and user issues.
- Escalate complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues to appropriate teams.
- Oversee IT hardware logistics, including shipping and receiving equipment.
- Assist the IT department with various infrastructure projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Seattle, WA for onsite work 3 days per week.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- General IT experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware.
- Experience supporting customers both remotely and in person.
- Strong time management, organizational, and business communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a Tier 1 IT support role.
- Experience with shipping and receiving logistics.
