TL;DR

IT Support Analyst (IT): Providing Tier 1 technical assistance and managing IT hardware logistics for a global workforce with an accent on customer service and system troubleshooting. Focus on resolving end-user issues across Windows and macOS environments while maintaining efficient hardware distribution processes.

Location: Must be based in or near Seattle, WA; requires onsite presence at the corporate office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage the Tier 1 service desk queue by receiving, prioritizing, and resolving end-user requests.
  • Provide professional technical support for system and user issues.
  • Escalate complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues to appropriate teams.
  • Oversee IT hardware logistics, including shipping and receiving equipment.
  • Assist the IT department with various infrastructure projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Seattle, WA for onsite work 3 days per week.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • General IT experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware.
  • Experience supporting customers both remotely and in person.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and business communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a Tier 1 IT support role.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving logistics.
