Salary: $19.13–$22.83 per hour

What you will do
- Respond to phone, chat, and ticketed requests regarding hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues using established procedures and tools.
- Accurately log incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues while maintaining ownership of the communication.
- Assist with the deployment of new software, hardware, and desktop technologies.
- Document recurring issues to contribute to knowledge base improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of IT Service/Help Desk or technical support experience
- Stable power and broadband internet connection
- Working knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and remote access tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ITIL-based processes
