What you will do

• Act as the primary link between the Consumer Pillar and IT to align strategy and priorities.
• Manage IT changes and integrate systems and processes for acquired entities.
• Oversee major transformation programs and ensure delivery against agreed business cases.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for the Consumer business and secure investment.
• Drive innovation and explore opportunities to enhance processes through technology, including AI.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK to facilitate required travel (up to 50%).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in developing business cases and overseeing adoption plans.
