What you will do
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by gathering data, analysing trends, and identifying key drivers.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast figures, explaining discrepancies and underlying reasons.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage financial data accurately across platforms to ensure integrity and consistency.
- Run ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and special projects; adapt quickly to new systems and platforms.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Experience with Prophix (or a similar budgeting, planning & reporting tool).
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Understanding of services and technology businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders; demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
