What you will do

• Lead complex projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assess project risks.
• Mentor junior business analysts and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, including third-party implementations.
• Perform "As-Is" and "To-Be" process modeling with a strong technical focus.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (at least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, including SQL and Excel.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external contexts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and high accountability.

Nice to have

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification.
• Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner).
