What you will do

• Shape delivery methods by identifying effective processes and measuring outcomes using evidence-based approaches.
• Analyze existing products and services to uncover optimization opportunities and define requirements.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear outcomes and robust solution designs.
• Investigate complex business challenges and evaluate options across new and existing service lines.
• Drive decision-making by presenting well-reasoned recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead and coach other business analysts while ensuring adherence to change governance standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry.
• Proven track record of successful delivery throughout the full project life-cycle.
• Ability to operate confidently across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Experience leading other business analysts and managing multiple deliverables.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage sponsors and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with and providing oversight of 3rd party partners and providers.

Nice to have

• International diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent qualification.
• Experience within a Life & Pensions organization or with Life & Pensions products.
