Salary: $7,622.83 - $11,886.67 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for survivors of sexual violence using trauma-informed and culturally-based practices.
- Coordinate academic and non-academic accommodations in collaboration with campus and community stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, and institutional partners.
- Facilitate case management meetings and provide guidance to university staff and faculty involved in cases.
- Interpret and recommend improvements to university policies regarding sexual violence and misconduct.
- Manage accurate case records and prepare documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Indigenous Studies, or Gender Studies).
- Minimum of five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Indigenous cultural beliefs and practices regarding trauma-informed support.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and marginalized populations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in group facilitation and program design.
