Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling complex residential or property claims.
• Valid AMF Claims Adjuster License (mandatory).
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage high-value, sensitive claims with sound judgment.
• Fluency in French is required to support clients in Quebec.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
