Location: Toronto, Ontario
Salary: 54,000–89,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop employee-facing communications, support materials, and documentation for technology initiatives and changes.
- Manage and maintain digital content across knowledge platforms, collaboration spaces, and learning communities.
- Collect employee feedback via surveys, listening channels, and engagement activities to improve the digital employee experience.
- Coordinate with IT and business partners to understand needs and support solution delivery.
- Create clear, accessible content that helps employees understand and maximize workplace tools.
- Support co-op students or new team members and document best practices.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in communications, business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in technology and/or business communication, including Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technology in plain language.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with business partners to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Nice to have
- Basic design skills (PowerPoint or visual content creation).
- Experience supporting technology adoption or change initiatives.
