What you will do

• Develop employee-facing communications, support materials, and documentation for technology initiatives and changes.
• Manage and maintain digital content across knowledge platforms, collaboration spaces, and learning communities.
• Collect employee feedback via surveys, listening channels, and engagement activities to improve the digital employee experience.
• Coordinate with IT and business partners to understand needs and support solution delivery.
• Create clear, accessible content that helps employees understand and maximize workplace tools.
• Support co-op students or new team members and document best practices.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in communications, business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in technology and/or business communication, including Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technology in plain language.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with business partners to understand needs and deliver solutions.

Nice to have

• Basic design skills (PowerPoint or visual content creation).
• Experience supporting technology adoption or change initiatives.
