Lead AI Project Manager, CX

Location: USA - Remote

What you will do

• Manage high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects from initiation through closure, aligning scope, timelines, delivery, and customer expectations.
• Own project plans, schedules, RAID logs, reporting, and core project documentation.
• Partner with clients and communicate clearly with executive leadership throughout delivery.
• Coordinate technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholders to align roadmaps and support go-to-market readiness.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, shifting priorities, and escalations.
• Mentor project managers and advance project management best practices across the PMO.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software delivery projects.
• Proven end-to-end delivery experience using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, expectation-management, risk-management, and escalation-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI.
• PMP certification required.
