What you will do

  • Manage high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.
  • Act as the primary client partner and provide strategic direction across end-to-end delivery.
  • Maintain all core project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and RAID logs.
  • Communicate consistently with executive leadership and manage high-level escalations with professionalism.
  • Mentor project managers and drive the advancement of best practices across the PMO.
  • Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment and go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software delivery projects.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Proven success managing full end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI.
  • Must be based in the USA.
