What you will do
- Coordinate and manage all commercial activity to fill open capacity in new Material Processing Facilities (MPFs) handling solids and liquids industrial waste.
- Develop and execute a greenfield sales startup strategy, including primarily broker sale growth while also enabling direct generator sales.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability, owning the sales budget and executing the overall MPF sales plans and pricing strategy.
- Prospect and build new business by demonstrating product/service knowledge and customer value proposition.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, driving CRM/NetSuite proficiency and accurate pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Regional/National Broker teams and Customer Care/Waste Approval teams to ensure efficient business execution.
Requirements
- Location: Must live in the Eastern half of the US with access to a major airport.
- 10+ years of commercial/sales leadership and account management experience in environmental, route sales and services, and industrial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth against quota and increasing profitability; experience leading teams with a winning culture.
- Strong prospecting, business development, and solutions-oriented growth mindset; ability to communicate technical capabilities of facilities, operations, transportation, and waste approval processes.
- Strong sales leadership methodologies and best practices; analytical and metrics-driven across the sales cycle.
- Ability to travel ~50%.

- Base pay range for the primary location: $157,000.00–$224,400.00 USD.
