Industrial/Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite in Vancouver, Washington, United States. Must be available to work day, swing, or grave shifts. Relocation is not offered or sponsored.

Salary: $40.95 per hour plus shift differential, call time, meal allowance, and paid lunches.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and create equipment-specific maintenance documentation.
• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment independently, identify failure causes, and investigate anomalies using structured problem-solving methods.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance methodology and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with rebuilding and redesigning production equipment.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and other fabrication tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in an industrial or production setting.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, and controls/PLCs.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Intermediate computer skills, basic math skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions, safety rules, operating procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Availability to work any shift in a factory environment and follow GMP production practices is required.

• Experience in food packaging or converting.
