Location: Hybrid in London, UK (average of 4 days per week in office). Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially the EU is required.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality strategic solutions and answers to complex client challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders in major client accounts, nurturing trusted relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance on e-commerce ecosystems, leveraging knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CMS, and PIM.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and roadmaps that clearly articulate value propositions.

Requirements

• Role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles specifically within the e-commerce domain.
• Deep sector knowledge in at least 1-2 areas: retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, or automotive.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and agile software delivery methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
