What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite global business leaders to drive transformational change across omni-channel ecosystems.
• Lead cross-functional engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Develop strategic eCommerce solutions tailored to sectors such as retail, FMCG, B2B, and automotive.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points and create compelling strategic roadmaps.
• Identify new opportunities for client support by leveraging deep insights and extending value beyond initial engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in management or consultancy roles specifically within the e-Commerce domain.
• In-depth specialist sector knowledge in at least 1-2 areas (Retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, or Automotive).
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including eCommerce platforms, CMS, PIM, and Agile software delivery.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (hybrid attendance required).
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially within the EU.
