Salary: $154,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions aligned with prioritized business use cases.
• Implement AI workflows and automations across enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Develop AI solutions using prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and RAG patterns.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise data sources while ensuring data quality and security compliance.
• Manage operational readiness, including monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization of AI systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software, platform, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing generative AI concepts including prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise SaaS platforms, and AI technologies like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Demonstrated ability to build and operate production systems in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of AI-related risks, data security, and privacy considerations.
• Must be able to work on-site at one of the designated office locations at least three days per week.
