Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in North America, must be based in MST or PST; travel to customer sites 20–40%.

Target annual compensation: $230,000–$280,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of the Tines platform in complex enterprise environments.
• Integrate existing systems, configure customer-specific workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Train users and stakeholders, drive adoption, and expand platform usage across teams and business units.
• Serve as the primary technical contact by delivering workshops, answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and removing blockers.
• Build relationships with users, business leaders, and executive sponsors while identifying new use cases.
• Capture customer insights and share recurring needs and high-value use cases with Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Software Engineer with customer exposure.
• Strong engineering skills for owning integrations, understanding customer infrastructure, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong Python skills; TypeScript, Java, or similar experience is beneficial.
• Production experience with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale.
• Ability to train, enable, and influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
