What you will do

• Own GTM technology strategy and platform reliability across CRM, Marketing, CPQ, AI, and integrations
• Complete and stabilize Salesforce migration with strong adoption and SLAs
• Deliver predictable execution with quarterly commitments and visible productivity gains
• Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot with trusted data flow to the data warehouse
• Build AI-powered automation to reduce manual work and improve insights
• Develop a high-performing GTM systems team and modern delivery model

Requirements

• Remote work with presence in São Paulo, Bogotá, Curitiba, or Mexico City
• 5+ years leading GTM/business systems in scaled SaaS or marketplace environments
• Experience delivering large multi-country CRM or service transformations
• Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales & Service and GTM Systems Center of Excellence
• Proven expertise in Salesforce-HubSpot integrations and AI-powered automations
• Strong skills in CI/CD, API integrations, data quality, and vendor management
