What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms.
  • Own and optimize Salesforce platform capabilities, including architecture governance, data models, and integrations.
  • Drive product delivery within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning and backlog prioritization.
  • Lead the full Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle and enhance customer success operations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align execution.
  • Manage and develop a team of product managers and analysts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers or analysts.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in SAFe Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market systems and customer lifecycle processes.
