What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for Salesforce-based lead management capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of features for lead ingestion, routing, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, and dealer operations to deliver scalable platform enhancements.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data-driven insights to refine product strategy and influence technical decisions.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor product success, adoption, and overall business impact.
  • Manage backlog prioritization using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience or 7+ years in CRM architecture, consulting, or development.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification required.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM systems, preferably in multi-entity or multi-dealer environments.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and define product strategy.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Jira Align.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications.
  • Deep expertise in CRM data models and integration architecture.
